Disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original boxes to ensure safe transit and eligibility for a refund.

For small items, use the provided prepaid label; for large furniture items, our team will contact you to coordinate a professional freight pickup.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee, within 10-14 business days.
