We offer a 30-day return window for all furniture. Items must be in their original packaging; please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns.
Are Floyd products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 10-year limited warranty on our Bed Frame and Sofa frames, and a 1-year warranty on soft goods and upholstery against manufacturing defects.
